no oily foods!

Hi people..
I'm so darn bored at work now. Brought my POA notes to revise but it's just lying in one corner of the table right now.

I'm never never never ever gonna eat prata before exercising. Or in fact any oily foods.
Didn't know will cause irritation to the stomach until yesterday. After my kickboxing session I vomited twice lor. Gross. Giddy and all.
Lucky Celina was there to help me, if not I'll just die in Gombak. Haha. Okay la maybe just faint, won't die.

Yay! Something good for today, I don't have to share my room with the students! Which means I can sleep and eat and play music however I want. And of course study. Lol.

Remind you guys again: Don't eat anything oily before an exercise.
