stupid lucky draw..

Dear and I went to enter for the lucky draw thing for our card.
Won only one Gloria Jean's small drink and he won Donut Factory set.
Lousy de sia.. I want to win alot alot of money! Haha.
Original plan for Saturday was night safari with aud they all, but last minute didn't go. Tired, plus cough getting worse. Poor boy kena disturbed by my coughing that night.

On Sunday, went out to celebrate Teng and Cass's birthday, belated.
Had dinner at TCC. I already forgot I still have my TCC card lor. Haha. Feels like eons ago liao.

Irritating sore throat is taking damn long to recover.
Only decided to go see a doctor today. Cos it's almost too painful to even swallow my own saliva.
And the doctor say the inflammation of my tonsils are quite bad. Both sides also like swollen.
I know that too cos last night I stood infront of the mirror and used a flashlight to see my own throat. Haha.

november babies

My cousin-in-law gave birth to a baby boy today. Keshon!
I had no idea how to pronounce that name till I googled it lor.. Kinda weird I thought, but okay la, the parents like it can liao..
Now I have 3 people I know born on 20th Nov.
And there are so many november babies around me lor.. 8 sia.. bf, family and good friends all in same month.. very fun huh..

Ed, Cass, and my uncle on 18th,
Teng, Shi Qi, Keshon are on 20th
Okay la, only four dates to remember actually.

Schooled today. POA and CF. Hate night classes. Totally not the right time to pay attention.
Luckily there's Cassie, better than having classes alone.
I wonder why I stay up so late nowadays.

Guess I've been watching too much dramas lately, gotten accustomed to sleeping at 5am.
Only managed to doze off after 6am yesterday. This is bad man..

Kinda sick of work. Time for a change maybe.
Hmm.. think I've whined alot about that lately. If I mention this again please ask me to shut up.

School again in 5 hours. You think I can make it?

Balloons and stuff...

Met Audris in Bugis today. She accompanied me to get balloons and stuff for my chalet.
Then after that walked walked in bugis village. Wa~ I so long never step into that street le lor. now even some aisles on level one has air conditioning. Haha. But the stuff there more or less the same la. Prices getting steeper though, considering it's only bugis village. Haha.

Had our dinner at Fisherios at Parco. Since there's a set meal of a soup, fish&chips, and a drink for $6.90. The fish&chips is not bad, soup too, but the soup like too big bowl le. Haha. BUT! The dessert sucked! We ordered fried brownies, and fried cheese cake. The fried brownies had a chao ta taste. Fried cheese cake is nothing fantastic. And the vanilla ice cream that was served with those fried shit is as if they just took out from freezer; too hard le.

On our way back home. There's this old lady, she said she didn't have money to go home. Don't know is con anot. But what if it's real? So we bought her the train ticket, and she stay cck somemore de. But then..... Cos Audris alighted at cck also ma, and she saw that this old lady still knew she can get the 1 dollar refund for her ticket. AND HAD MONEY TO TAKE BUS HOME SOMEMORE! Cheater~ But she also toot toot de. If wanna cheat that little money, why don't choose a shorter journey? From Bugis back to CCK just to earn that one dollar. Haha. Return so low sia. Or maybe she was hoping we gave her more cash. Hmm....

Advanced birthday celebration

Celina and Fiona celebrated my birthday for me in advance. Thanks =)
We had dinner at Bakerzin in Jurong Point yesterday.


One thing I didn't understand, why were our courses were all served so fast, almost all at a time. Haven't even started on soup, the salad is served, then very fast the main course is served too. Like so rushed.
For the food, the pumpkin soup isn't like the normal kind you get in restaurants, it's less soupy (if there's even such a word), basically it's very thick. Soda pretty much tasteless. Haha.. Fiona had to add more syrup, and Celina's peach tea did not taste peachy enough. Pasta was not bad, though I preferred Fiona's beacon penne to mine.
But I liked their cakes nevertheless! Haha.. Especially the tiramisu!
Watched Accident afterwards. Hmm.. The movie was so-so I felt. Probably cos I don't really watch HK films much.
But the way they plan the accidents was damn cool. One victim was killed by shattered falling glass, and the other was electrocuted. I wonder if such organisations do exist.. Hmm..

I don't know what to put for the title

Had class on Tuesday late afternoon, and I was back in school in less than 24hrs; Wednesday morning class. Then went back home to drop my notes and rest awhile before going out again.

Sent my watch in for repair for the second time. The lady there said they will put my watch under *special attention* and try to fix it as soon as possible cos the first repair hadn't fix it properly, but then I later realised that the contact number, they still put xk's -_- Why? Cos they referred back to the last repair done. So now have to wait for dear to get a miss call then I will know if my watch is ready, haha, since he can't be picking up calls during the day in camp.

Work was kinda slack today. The whole school seemed pretty quiet. And there's a lecturer quite sad de, he came for class, but no students turned up! Lol. Like so poor thing. But got good side to it anyway, paid but don't have to work, good right..

This post is so boring.

Nothing to be proud of, nothing to hide either.
Very likely to be retaking them.
At the moment when I saw those grades, straight away sian until cannot sian.
But then, now already numb liao la.
Oh well...

Weekends with dear

My blog is getting boring huh. Nothing much to blog about.
Shut up if you wanna say it's been boring all along. Haha.

This weekend was with dear as well.
Slack at his house. Ordered pizza for dinner.
And why does farmville run so smoothly on his laptop and not mine!! Unfair!
But then again, it's only these two days that it didn't lag on his com, all other times it did. Haha.
Slept till past noon the next day. He really can keep sleeping and sleeping la.. I can't find a second person who sleeps as much as he does.
Had our dinner at the Aston's near amk central. Thumbs up for the food! Prices are a little steep considering it's in coffee shop but it's definitely worth it.

I'm so bored of slacking away, and working only occasionally.
It's a good thing school's starting soon. Come September I'll be busy with forms for school and such.
Hopefully I don't fail my foundation units. Otherwise I won't know what to do; to continue? drop? or switch courses.
Hais~ Trying hard not to think about this but I can't. Cos the continuation registration form sits on my desk right in front of me. In case I forget about to pay the fees ma, but it kept reminding me of my results results results......... Fuck sia..

eye-mo!

Did some shopping with Mummy at Jurong Point.
She bought me a necklace for my 21st, and and earrings were from grandma.. Thanks :)
Oh and I got the Watsons member card. Haven't activate it yet though, shall do so in a minute.
The card comes with a booklet of discount vouchers, Maybelline, ZA, some health products, and stuff like that, oh, there's even one for KFC, like not linked to Watsons in any way.

Went over to grandma's house after that, bought Javier a new toy, those magnetic drawing board kind. Cos he's been drawing all over the sofa! Should have taken a picture to show you all his masterpiece. Next time.
You all should see the way he entertains us, and sometimes when we all laugh loudly, he'll will laugh also, he literally goes "HA HA HA!". Like speaking it instead of laughing out. So cute la.
And when you say "eye-mo eye-mo" he'll keep blinking his eyes at you!! Lol! Just like when you use eye-drops. Kids are so innocent...
I'll have more time to play with him during my work drought after next week. Haha.

Came back from work earlier on and watched a little of Michael Jackson's memorial.
It's always sad for those left behind.
And to think that there are still people out there making nasty remarks at him at this point in time. For god's sake, he's dead already, what's the point of saying those things now?

Anyway, dear's booking out in less than 12hours time. This week's a short one.
Past two days I've been working. Late on both days -_- (not good, I know)
Will be working on Sunday too; am praying and hoping there'll be no duty officer working with me on that day.

Earlier today I met up with Su Hui and Min Jun at Jurong Point.
Gst credits are in! Lol.. $$ for me to spend.
Finally bought new earphones, cute cute de, last piece for that colour (blue), and round round like a ball..
And a new pouch for my handphone; cos my old one is tearing at the side.
And another moisturiser. The promoter for another brand came to let me try her product blah blah blah, stressed on the 20% discount blah blah blah.. What! I'm rich, I won't be psycho-ed just for that 20%. Lol.. Act like that $200 very big sia.. Haha..

Whatever la, I'll faster finish this episode of Mr. Brain and go to bed.

orchard day

It's so hard to wake up early nowadays; and so difficult to make myself sleep earlier. But dear is worse, he's like becoming nocturnal.
Went AMK to wake the sleepy pig.
Then got forced by Qian Yu to play the fainting game, and learned how to handle her special pistol. Among others, this game is the best liao, cos faint le can don't need to wake up, which also means can don't need to play, just rest there act like I've fainted.
And we went Orchard today, got a list of to-dos.
First stop at Wheelock to fix our watches. My watch can stop time and dear's watch can turn back time wor~ Special right? Lol.
Next stop at Sony Ericsson Service Centre. But end up didn't send my phone for repair cos the person say all the memory inside sure gone, then recommend don't transfer to sim card cos might have error. So must bring back back up first. Haha.
Third stop was at Far East Plaza. Sent my wallet for cleaning. And the sales person got a shock when she saw my wallet. Haha. Still ask me why I didn't send it for cleaning earlier. Lol.
Okay la, white colour ma, easier to get dirtied. =P

I had a nightmare, dreamt that I failed all my papers but one. But the strange thing is, in my dream it seems like I had more than 4 papers, cos when I counted the stack of exam papers I failed, there were more than 5 or 6 units sia. Crazy de, exams have been for so long yet I can still dream of it. Siao le la.

like any other day

Trying to study but nothing much is going in.
Boring day at home. Slack, study, watch TV.
And the pink glass from Mcdonald's is not really as pink as in the advertisements. Got cheated sia. It's just a really dull and faint pink that you won't be able to tell it's pink if the label hadn't said so.

I just don't get it.
Does enjoying means going out with friends? So being with me is not is it?

Dear's Graduation

Finally graduate lo! Happy anot? Haha.
This mister ar, graduation also can reach late.. So ended up being one of the last few to receive his cert. I sat with auntie and Qian Yu, lucky I can still play with hergot her to play with, if not I sure keep complaining bored, haha.



Then after that went Amk Hub eat NYNY. They got order the meat platter, then whatever left unfinished was shoved onto dear's plate. And he still eat! At graduation ceremony just ate, then so fast can eat so much again. Pig pig ar! Haha..
Qian Yu's parents were there too and caught her eating ice cream without permission, lol, her kena caught de expression damn cute de lor.

Finally down to one last paper. Thursday is the big day. The day that marks the start of months of freedom. Lol. But CF sia, that's the module I gave up studying during prelims.
As for yesterday's papers, the questions for Microeconomics were surprisingly easy, not tricky, all quite straight forward, but doesn't mean I know how to do lar.
PBF is the one that killed us lor. Those topics I studied weren't tested, those that I DIDN'T study were all tested. Kaos.
And once I left the hall early and on my phone, Cai Ling and Jia Ying already messaged me saying that they left the hall liao. All die together sia.. Haha.

I don't understand cash flows and cash flows don't understand me. And it's only a day away from my exam.
Venue's at expo, hurray man. From the west to the east. Woohoo. Excellent.
Plus we have to take our temperatures before we're allowed in the exam hall. Which means we have to go early and squeeze with the rest of the god-knows-how-many candidates? More than 3000 people? Mind you, my candidate number is already 3000++
Like that temperature will go up from all the squeezing in the crowd lor.

Back to mugging.
I just want to get this over and done with now..

Cabbed down, thinking that it might be faster, but who knows the driver is a road idiot just like me. Kaos, drove until dunno where, then he call his friend to ask how to go amk hub -_-
Nevermind, at least he tried to find out huh, but his friend, give directions give so slow, this driver already missed the exit already then he tell him to take that exit. Hello, he's driving on expressway eh, not park somewhere and listen to you talk leh.
Then when the meter jumped until $16.90, he turned it off, say charge me $15 enough, then okay lor, I think by the time I reached amk hub taxi stand, should have reached $20+ le. -_- non-peak leh.

Dear and I cooked our own dinner. Haha. My contribution is the least lar, one failure somemore. Lol. He deep fried the food and I shunned away once I saw the 油烟 in the kitchen, haha..
Watched star awards while eating. I like the dresses they put on this year, all very pretty. Lol. And this year got new "pattern"; talk too long the mic will get cut off. Those guests must have thought that this method is so childish.
