21st July, Daddy Lee's birthday.

Went to Raku Ninja at Citylink for dinner.

Hmm, service was average, beverage was also average.

I find it weird that they serve café latte in those high glasses, no stirrer provided somemore.

And the chocolate milkshake was too sweet..

The food, not bad; portions just nice, taste was okay though fries a little salty.

I sound like a critic

I like their décor though and they play nice music =) Haha.

After dinner went to catch Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix.

I think I know why people say it's boring.

The story this time was already dull in the book, and when they cut somemore for the movie, it gets VERY boring.

The emotional struggle was not reflected in the movie as it is supposed to be in the book.

Everything just happened way too fast.

So it's a dissapointment I would say.

The more I hear Ed say, the more worried I become.
It's like this, a few days back I cut my toenail and seemed to have cut it a little too short.
So the edge was like cutting into my toe's flesh.
Got more painful since that day I had my interview;
cos I had to wear covered shoe then, and it sort of pressed the nail harder at the flesh.
Pain~
Then I asked Ed since he used to have problems with ingrowth nails.
And he said I had better go see a doc.
=(
Ee... I don't want it to end up swollen and have to do minor surgery on it.
I still want to paint my nail polish de leh..

AA quiz was disasterous.
Haha. Not that I minded actually cos I didn't study for it.
Anyway what's there to study? Or refer to? No slides no nothing.
He said we're gonna mark it ourselves so I thought he won't be even looking at our answers so I wrote crap for most of them.
What is a stonehenge?
I wrote: blocks of stone arranged in a peculia manner.
Wth, the actual answer is neolithic structure or something like that.
What are the 3 elements of colour?
What did he mean by elements leh? Don't care, so I wrote: red, blue, yellow. Although I clearly know that it's called the primary colours not elements of colour.
Hope he doesn't cough out blood reading those.

Daddy is really not good at using bluetooth.
Kept hello-ing to me on the phone even when I had shouted "I CAN HEAR YOU"
If he can't hear me, he should be adjusting HIS volume, not hello-ing at me.
Nearly screamed the f word into the receiver.
Did that only after I had replaced the receiver.

Actually, there are alot more I wanted to blog about.
But on second thoughts,
maybe not.

Imagine entering the train station,
tapped ur card and stepped onto the escalator.
Ever wondered why there are always people standing near the escalators on the platform level?
Always looking down at the escalators?
And most are MEN?
Well, all I can say is that they get a pretty good view from there.


Most people would have watched the movie Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix.
Some said it was nice, some said it was boring, some said it's not as good as the previous.
But I'm gonna watch it anyway, although I very much preferred the book.
The books give me more room for imagination, it doesn't have to be realistic,
it can be as far-fetched as ur mind would take you.
Their movie series can't give me those.
Instead, it has been disappointment after disappointment.

I miss kboxing, I really do.

Pretty nervous about tomorrow's interview.
When Andy Oh sent us the msg a week ago telling us about the events internship, I was already nervous like hell.
Like what Jean said, 6 people fighting for 2 positions? I'm not that sure of myself.
And then I whined to mummy and she always says the same thing 放轻松 just 尽力咯..
It's the kind of first step that we are all afraid of. Afraid of failing.
In a way I'm glad that they called us late because I had time to adjust my attitude towards the internship a little.
Even if fail then go for second option lor.
Not that scary actually.
Be brave!

Everytime or rather most of the time before I hit the publish button.
I re-read what I wrote.
And then delete those things that I don't really want the whole world to know,
cancel out those that might hurt others (well, this is sometimes compromised, depending on the situation),
backspace away at stuff that could cause confusion.
And what's left?
A 'happy' blog.
One which reflects a little of my thoughts, yet not all.
One which allows readers to know what I've been doing, yet not all that's been going on.
